1. Pay-As-You-Go Credits

Because our service consumes significant computational and AI resources per ASIN analysis, we generally do not offer refunds for credits that have already been used.

2. Unused Credits

If you purchase a credit pack and change your mind before utilizing any of them, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase. Please contact our support team to initiate the process.

3. Technical Failures

If an analysis fails due to a technical error on our end and a credit is erroneously deducted, we will gladly refund the credit to your account balance.
